Digital transformation and international growth

Established in 2001 as an owner managed business, TEG employs 120 people in a state-of-the-art facility of 66,000 sq. ft. in Mullingar, Ireland servicing the engineering needs of some of the largest pharmaceutical and aviation corporations around the globe

The Goal

Proactive were approached by TEG to help drive brand awareness on a global scale as part of an Enterprise Ireland funded project

The Process

Proactive conducted strategic workshops, interviewed staff and key customers to map out the key differentiators and value propositions that had contributed to TEG’s success to date. This enabled us to devise a strategy to position TEG as experts in their field globally.

The Outcome

The TEG brand was completely transformed with a clear view on their expertise across the aviation, biopharmaceutical and blister packaging sectors

Brand Development

The TEG colour palette was redefined to differentiate the different sectors they operate in resulting in an updated brand guidelines document being created. The goal now was to apply this brand refresh across all touchpoints, both digital and print.

Website Design and Development

The new website clearly displays the different service areas and industries TEG operate in, in a visually appealing way. We had a tight timeline with this project, as TEG needed the site live for an upcoming trade event. Eleven weeks from initial home page concept to website go-live resulting in a very happy client.

Brand Collateral

Sales enablement tools such as brochures for the sectors TEG operate in were created and a Powerpoint template was created for key client presentations.

Social Media

A Social Media calendar was created by Proactive with the aim of driving brand awareness globally of the various sectors and regions TEG operate in. Creative templates were created to help drive brand recognition and ensure consistency in communications

Internal Branding

Proactive designed very creative and visually appealing brand elements to be installed around the TEG building. The goal was to focus on TEG brand elements in customer facing areas whilst including softer scenic graphics in some of the employee areas such as the design office and canteen

Thanks for all the help over the last few weeks getting our website up and running for the show, it’s looking great!
