Every picture tells a story, but sometimes it takes a clever combination of words and pictures to tell a story quickly, concisely and in an engaging way. Information graphics or infographics are a powerful tool to disseminate information and educate your audience on your products and services.

Infographics work particularly well with students, who engage regularly with the brain-map style of the information presented, making infographics a great method of communication between colleges and students. Proactive worked with GMIT on a strategic fold out document, to visually disseminate a large amount of information related to key facts and statistics of the Institute.

Infographics are a great way for companies to distribute large amounts of information without overwhelming the reader. Boston Scientific Galway had an extensive 300-page Crisis Management Plan which was simplified by Proactive into an A4 slip folder, containing 5 tabbed brochures complete with icons and illustrations. The result was an award winning, visually pleasing document that simplified the data into a digestible format for staff.

Infographics are often used to make product features easy to understand across print and online consumer and business communications. Proactive work with DeCare Dental and Lifes2Good on infographics and icons that best describe their product benefits and services.

At the moment, Creative Director Marguerite is enjoying working on a unique and attention-grabbing infographic for Winters Property Management highlighting their position in the Irish property market.
