Flexible Working

While the Proactive offices are based in Galway, the Covid-19 pandemic has shaped how we work. Since early 2021, virtually all employees have been working remotely from home.

A phased return to the office for 1 or 2 days each week is planned, but for the right candidate we will continue to facilitate 100% remote working.
