The team at Proactive Design + Marketing would like to take a moment to address the impact and severity of COVID-19.
First and foremost, we send our thoughts and sympathy to all those currently affected by coronavirus, and wish them a safe and speedy recovery.
We also want to acknowledge the impact the virus has had on many of our fellow small businesses and working professionals, who are facing a sudden loss of income. If we can help in any way, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Above and beyond working relationships, we value our friendships with our clients and want to assist in any way possible. We want to ensure that we mitigate risk as best as we can to protect our community.
In light of developments surrounding the management and containment of the spread of COVID 19, we would like to assure you that it is “business as usual” at Proactive Design + Marketing.
The Proactive team has the full capacity to work from home on all current and future projects and we have the systems in place to ensure that we maintain high-quality work and effective communication internally and externally.
In place of face-to-face meetings, we will be employing remote technology (Google Hangouts) or conference calls and screen sharing for the foreseeable future to maintain high levels of client communication and contact.
Your business may need additional support in terms of internal and external communications, or in managing online communities, website users and customers during the period of measures to combat the spread of COVID-19. Please feel free to get in touch should you need assistance.
